Keep in mind russia has been promoting their openness for peace talks for months now, probably realizing this war is going to end up with a million causalities on both sides before itâs over. Ukraine could simply start negotiating and stop playing pretend like this attritional war is going to result in them winning. Putin isnât going anywhere nor are the political elite in Russia going to do anything to him
