No in this case there are not two sides. Fox news blatantly lies all the time and gets away with it by classifying themselves as an entertainment company, not a news one. There is no leeway here. My opinion on politics wont change the future outcome of anything. I just live in my own little world, go to my work, come home to family, take kids to soccer practice and have fun.
