You could do that since you're clearly very experienced in sneeding.
It's simple: Shredder gives more decisions to make in the moment-to-moment gameplay, it makes the game more fun, and introduces a lot more variance with the amount of different interesting creatures it can create.
If everyone can play it, then it's equal - the variance evens out when you play 200 games of the same matchup, which is the point of this recreation. It's very fast paced and you're meant to blow through many games in a short period of time.
I'll open a PR to add Yogg'Saron. A very funny card that introduces a lot of variance to the game
I think you also have to remember that Shredder started getting crazier when they started adding the more stupid 2-drops in later patches (Totem Golem for example). That's not to say it wasn't broken in BRM, but it actually got better in later expansions.

The point is that cards with the word "Random" on them introduce an aspect to the game that you don't control
That mechanic isn't actually fun unless you are a 9 year old making funny clips for youtube
Something like knife juggler works because there is some strategy involved around the randomness - it's a part of the strategy of that zoo deck
But shredder, in addition to the randomness, is just blatantly stronger than other cards and it's made worse by the fact that you don't have all the 2 drops in the game right now (you are missing a lot of the garbage ones that made its randomness balance out a bit)
You could honestly make it cost 5 in this version of the game. That would be a good way to add Piloted Shredder
Did you even read my original post? I have already added every missing 2 drop, including the ones from classes that aren't playable yet.

Wrong. If there was any sort of Shredder nerf it would be to make it Legendary so you can only play 1, but we're not doing that either.
Those cards leverage the only interesting and unique thing a digital card game can offer the genre. Instantaneous random play without manual drawing/searching and then reshuffling. MTGA and MTGO are out there waiting for you if that's an issue.

You just don't want things like this in your game. You're playing freeze mage and your opponent drops piloted shredder and spits out "Lorewalker Cho" - it's just not funny. Nobody enjoys it
Actually everyone enjoys it - it gives you a unique situation that you wouldn't ever be in if not for shredder, something to think about and play around - once every 100 games or so.
Grow up basically.

If you add every other legendary in the game - sounds like a great deal of work for a card nobody ever wants to play.
