the japanese never use their equivalent to the 20 dollar bill and it is infuriating. You have to work with nothing between 100s and 10s.

lmao yeah i got yen from our local bank before i went and they gave me a bunch of 2k yen bills and when i used them in japan all the cashiers were perplexed.
one of then claimed she had never seen a 2k yen bill in her entire life.
