The best alchemist (or at least the one everyone refers to for builds) is elmo, who plays on USE.
SumaiL said he's watching his (elmo's) replays so we may definitely see some SumaiL Alchemist at TI.
Don’t discount the games elmo loses, either - he picks alch somewhat early, or picks him late into counterpicks. He definitely has some plasticity when he plays the hero.
