leave it no requirements and u might get 15 players

idk if i'll play it but i can tell you that nel never started up on its own. it only got players bc ixdl was alive
just make it open having good and bad players in the same game is fun anyway

Those things are just for show - most are not doing anything and are completely broken.
They have to keep erecting new ones because old men keep galloping at them.
