Anti Trumpism general

Can you please explain.

Uh if you find your takes place you on the fringe of society and that people force you to be a way that makes you unhappy, going to a place where you are the defacto societal outcast and the defacto way to be is pretty unhappy seems funny to me.

That’s all. Maybe you think trans people are a nightmare but they aren’t impacting your day to day life unless you’re terminally online in which case I can think of a easier solution that a number of smart forum members like @Tywin have already preached about.

You ever heard of an emigre? Exile? The entire history of the Soviet Diaspora?

Spent 4 months this Spring working with a delusional MTF.

I’d say no. Atleast probably not compared to you. Happy to learn from you though

Condolences but it could be anecdotal. My personal anecdote is that trans people are pretty great coworkers

Every Russian is going to openly show hatred to people moving in that don't speak Russian so they can have fun I guess

They’re gonna get mad the moment you smile in public much less speak in it lol

Your environment selects for the few that are functional. It's no different than saying "all the black people I work with are as smart as the white people" -- there's just a mass underclass you don't see.

That’s a valid point I guess

Had the same conversation with my girlfriend about Guatemalans because she told me all the Guatemalans emloyed as US ARMY MISSILE CONTRACTORS were fine. I was working landscaping at the time.

I mean they were web developers so I think we’re being a little contradictory here

The US can't actually regulate who comes over the border, it can't do public education at all, and it can't produce anything that is moderately complex and has physical inputs. The only thing this failed state can do is tell you what to do. Whether you can purchase a Chinese Gas Stove or not.

Even when the environment doesn’t really select for it it’s still a mix of good and bad like pretty much any other arbitrary cut. Atleast for me and friend groups

Hopefully things change when the boomers are gone if society is still intact. But yeah, super true.

Still haven't seen anyone getting told what stoves they can have, just people crying that people brought up the fact that it's less than ideal for respiratory health to be standing in front of an open flame in your kitchen every day

Dunno anything about that but how we handle pretty much anything technical reflects that sort of sentiment. To me atleast

Wrong!
