yes its because americans fundamentally dont care about third world countries. i kind of sensed something was wrong when i entered the thread and found names of countries that are not america.
literally when I was 10 years old I was on a cruise ship for a holiday and I met this random black kid he must have been 6 or 7 at the most, I told him he was Canadian and he started saying "haha my country could kill yours haha we're the strongest country on Earth we have the best military we could kill you haha"
that was my first real life interaction with an American
