Do you young geniuses know of any workarounds that would allow me to use something available on Apple devices on an Android device or PC? I really want to use the dictionary that is built in on Apple devices.

apple's dictionary isn't on there

the Apple dictionary has some phonetic information for obwcure languages that very very few resources have. no idea why apple has that but it does.

Big fan of wiktionary but this is some real obscure shit we are talking here. suprasegmental patterns that havent been published in anything recent.
