A mans worth is not determined by how much sex he has or how many women he has.
His worth is determined by his skills and what he builds/creates/manifest. Very few men even care to do this, in fact many of these men may only be improving and being productive for the hopes of being able to have sex with a woman, they have very little internal drive that pushes them to create or build. They live their whole life focused around woman and getting sex.
The materialistic world views a mans worth based on his material and finances and the number of woman he is able to get.
So it only makes sense that men boast about their sexual adventures.
In the same materialistic world a woman's worth is how many guys are sitting around lusting over her and her social media following. Very few woman do arts and crafts or even have any skills or talents that are productive. So what do you expect a man to do when these same women make fun of him for not having sex, and not getting women? He works and gets things only to impress these lust objects. Both are slaves to flesh.
The man begins to think that he is worthless because no woman smashes him thus spirals down a dark road where he usually becomes less and less productive as his failure with the opposite sex mounts. Then on top of it all, the biggest insult they throw at him is that he doesnt get woman, he may be foolish to think that it creates his worth, but it the materialistic world it is 100% his worth because it is the only thing they can make fun of him for, it is their strongest attack, it is the harshest knife.

people really do be out here thinking they know what's best for other people. i mean some of this stuff can be in a zeitgeist but claiming you know what gives other people worth or what they want out of life when those things can be changing all the time is pretty ridiculous.
