the pro-town plays as BP d1 are either fakeclaim or noclaim. you add nothing to town by claiming and you help scum narrow down the list for a confirmed kill with only 7 players

by the same token scum has an incentive to fakeclaim BP in this setup to avoid the other scum.

on the other hand, like i said to bazinga when he wanted to lynch ewiz, scum is very stupid fakeclaiming doc d1 in this setup with no partner because the only gain would be outing the real doc if they CC. then the real doctor dies and they get lynched which only helps the other scum who they are not allied with
