Nmagane has poor social skills and sociopathic tendencies so its no wonder he didnt assess loki well or think anything about messing with him. Doesnt excuse harassing someone who was obviously not doing so well and thats the only real thing that Could be handled here.
I dont think jones is really responsible for what Nmagane did. He mightve been a bad egg but new jonez seems less concerned with making others feels bad and with that in mind i cant really see anything he did as outright wrong
The only real statement i could think of is one regarding out of the forum harassment. And the only real thing that could be done there is for us is for us to really enforce harassment rules: yns contacting jones dad is harassment, and we onviously dont condone it or have the ability to control YNS so he doesnt fuck with anyone. But we can atleast do somsthing about it like not allowing yns to post anything regarding it and taking action if he did because its an admission of guilt. But that would mewn attempting to verify his words or trying to keep problem users on a leash, and weve already seen how fucking noneffective it is in the case of Nmagane.
If loki meets people on the site and they invite him to a teamspeak and loki has been informed several times that he is letting trolls get to him and it ends up culminating into something that was causes by what He did, it is on him. Unfortunately thats kind of a cold stance on Loki but the thing is that he has been futilely trying to convince himself and others that he is okay and doesnt need help and this entire situation has ended up burning him. The guy needs to acknowledge that this isnt normal and that he needs to get a grip on what to do moving forward if he wants to be able to take care of himself and not end up in a situation this bad or worse in the future.

I dont doubt that you have the mental potential to basically dig yourself out of this irrational and detrimental state, but it definitely starts with You and requires you acknowledge stuff like how your Manic attitude is ruining your life and basically providing a nice little safe space in your head to groom thoughts that might be wrong or disconnected. Id love to see you keep hanging around the site and go through that kinda metamorphisis to show everyone that they can do it too, but i totally understand if you think that you need to handle yourself befofe you can handle forum posting again. we (atleast definitely I) have been there and it is hard to address when you arent taking control and addrsssing yoursslf first.

I have not talked to roragok at all about this situation or this post so his thoughts might be different but im just very busy lately and thought someone should atleast try to say something. The other thing about this site is that i really dont know who can like handle moderation and do a good job. I just want to delegate that responsibility to someone else who has more time and a vested interest in our users and the site ofc. Just dunno who so its easier to just be hands off about everything.

I expected users to swoop in and offer similar advice to Loki since it seemed like the opportunity was therd and he has put out plenty of signs but i guess that kind of expectation is not good of me when you guys have exemplified elssehwere that you got your own mental issues to address and conquer lol.
I just think that this entire situation was totally observable by everyone here and that someone offeringa bit of clear, positive advice couldve helped to guarantee we wouldnt have had to deal with any of this fallout. This forums like a home for all of you loons in your own difficult worlds to come on and feel a bit better every day. if you feel you are a good guy who likes other people here and probably have a grip on your mental state you shouldnt be afraid to step up and be nice at the expense of not looking as cool or whatever. Maybe theres some sort of way to incentivize this idea but i think its worth exploring so we can all come out on the other side better than we did on the way in.
