I don't ignore my friends' problems, I am just nicer to them because they are my friends. Me being "a hypocrite" (not really) on this matter doesn't make what I say any less valid though.

The same happened to Jones when he was putting himself through landscaping work for no real reason, and now to Jdance when he started putting himself through so much "suffering" in an attempt to prove something ethereal and indescribable, chasing the same sort of "authenticity" as playing Path of Exile in Hardcore mode.
It's his malcontent manifesting in a terribly classist political statement that is honestly, for someone like him who pretends to be against conservative rhetoric, very reactionary and regressive. From going to the gym to working 2 jobs to starting college in your 30s, it all adds up to look like someone who is desperately trying to refuse and push away who he really is, and it's just sad and embarrassing to witness. Simply self harm; It's as bad as alcoholism or heroin addiction.
Jones stopped self harming and is now leading a much happier life... but Jdance is only digging himself deeper.
Walt makes his next move against Hank, putting Hank in a tough position. Hank confronts Jesse and attempts to turn him against Walt, and Jesse decides it's time to move on. Meanwhile, Todd has taken over the business.
