does anybody get like super restless and unable to sleep the night after working out super hard?

I think I’m gonna switch my routine away from full body for this reason.

Any time I work out for like 1:45 or 2:00 hours I typically have a horrible restless sleep that night.

I’m planning my Big Workouts for mornings

Then don’t do it if you’re trying to be efficient with your workout routine. If you’re trying to work shoulders there are plenty of other things you can do, and if you’re looking for upper body cardio just do row machine.

I can’t deal with the water man shit tastes pure ass even when I was cutting I just used milk

if you wanna make that shit even more delicious try throwing some frozen strawberries in sometime, or really any frozen fruit
