Pretty sure you would be doing that in a privatized system too, unless you made “whites only” insurance companies. Pooling money together to pay for accidents as they occur to folks = insurance. Not just socialized health insurance. That is insurance.

I see even leftist politicians pushing for health care changes in Canada so I know shit aint perfect up there, but I dont see the same thing from most countries with some sort of socialized healthcare.
