The rhetoric itself is harmful yes but less harmful than codified laws that enact the rhetoric
There will always be loose cannons but very rarely can they take entire beachfront properties because they want to or raze a city block of thriving black folks without the laws or those in power allowing that
The largest concentration of them is probably in congress. Courts too maybe but not as sure.

so is this like a legitimate belief that white people in the 2000s are conspiring against black people to hold them back or is the issue individual racists are not being held accountable for their actions that harm black people and are enabled by the rest of the white people

Absolutely agree. That is why I removed the atrocities from my question. I know a slavery or holocaust is not in the cards at all for white people. Same for the rest of it, red lining etc. But it should come as no surprise that some minds wont change when talking like that. YNS already agreed to what is demonstrably true about racism and racial inequality. But just had to go further and make it about youself and him
