fried it in the wok
I tried it once on the grill wrapped up in tinfoil and later on the grill for the char.
Was way too dry.
yea if you grill it you gotta save the marinade for after cooking
the ginger root is a great hidden tech for the marinade
gotta heat the marinade up though which is a pain
really good greek style lemon herb potatoes are fucking amazing they just take a bit of time
cheap and delicious, goes great with tzatziki
