Canadian cuisine: Orange goo

Ahh another canadienne amogus

i can maybe tolerate a vidalia, not any other type. not here or there.

I agree with lwyrup

Frizzled or caramelized or mirrorpwah :+1:

Do you guys think tomatoes are properly rated, underrated or overrated?

good tomatoes are really good raw / possibly with a little sugar

i enjoy tomatoes in general in many contexts

"underrated" or "overrated" are dumb conversations to have because its often between people who just dont like tomatoes as much arguing with people who like tomatoes to no particular end, and im never gonna convince somebody who doesnt like tomatoes to like them

I agree with everything and will cop to purposely posting bait

My inspo:

my mom grows cherry tomatoes in her garden and they are fucking amazing

way better than those cheap ones from walmart or w.e

better than any tomato i’ve tried except for really good heirlooms

tomato paste is an S-tier ingredient, makes just about everything better

This one goes out to the lad @JCrispy. Real easy beans cheese layer onion jalapeno meat cheese layer. I like mixed cheese but some swear by only cheddar. Sorry for the shit pic it was already in the oven and no clean cutting boards left
