potentially yea, but they can still win normally as well. town/mafia victory counts its just a personal victory.
also i think encouraging posting would be better and ppl want a consolation prize so theyll at least post for their personal victory
afking is currently the strongest mafia strat bc ppl don't post.
if ppl post it's easier to read them, eventually they reveal themselves usually, if not to everyone at least a few.
In a role play game that people wanna role play in it shouldnât be hard to get posts from people especially when them being useful could give them a vest

I believe saying you want town to be more towny and then telling people to roleplay are at odds with one another

And if people wanna win eventually their carefully constructed role play will fall apart
precisely. most roleplay even in anon roleplay lasts for the 1st day, maybe the 2nd then it falls off very quickly.
I guess the only way to make it not scummy will be to make these goals public but that defeats the purpose imo
I think it's more fun to design roles like this
Like have a "Sam" role that knows who "Frodo" is and dies if he dies or something
