He slips the key into the opening of the padlock and attempts to unlock it.
This dust-choked room contains a slender bed, a nightstand, a small iron stove, a writing desk with a stool, an empty wardrobe, and a rocking chair. A smiling doll in a lacy yellow dress sits in the northern window box, cobwebs draping it like a wedding veil.
The key fits into the lock. The lock slightly rusty. It takes a bit of effort, but you are able to unlock the door.

after removing most of the dust, and sneezing, she turns her attentions to the writing desk and examines it to see if there’s any clues or information about this place
Ted uses his light source and moves upward to explore the fourth floor and look for clues.

The desk is full of dust and devoid of life.
Ted begins to cough violently in the dust cloud.
Mukk, bored with this room, moves over to Trailyn, pushes him out of the way, and opens the door
Ahhhhhh chooooo!

Suddenly, and without him noticing, a tumor forms in Ted’s right testicle.
Trailyn wonders where he went wrong in his life to end up with people who shove him aside…
You slowly open the door.
This room contains a bricked-up window flanked by two dusty, wood-framed beds sized for children. Closer to the door is a toy chest with windmills painted on its sides and a dollhouse that’s a perfect replica of the dreary edifice in which you stand. These furnishings are draped in cobwebs. Lying in the middle of the floor are two small skeletons wearing tattered but familiar clothing. The smaller of the two cradles a stuffed doll that you also recognize.
I cast mage hand and pick up the doll and examine it closer.
I open the toy chest and check inside.
I pick up and poke around inside the dollhouse.

As you attempt to look through the body and open the chest, mist swirls in the room. It parts into two ghastly figures standing above the skeletal corpses. The ghastly forms shout towards you
