eh i think it also makes sense in that we can 'wait and see' what the night actions are.
day 1 lynches are just rng anyways, so if the deck is stacked for mafia assuming a death every day then its not the play and if hte deck is stacked for town assuming a death every day than it is.
and that depends on info we dont have so its just a guess at this point imo. im fine with no lynch or lynching bazinga cuz my rng gut read is that he is fake claiming jester to not get lynched as scum.
