Nyte can simply choose not to accept the shot on herself and immediately win the game for mafia.
All towns who are alive here have already locked up their shots and all towns who have the optionality are dead (or supposed to be dead, shooting themselves)

Instead, two modifications:
The person dying needs to be the one to offer the shot.
That way, if the Chosen chickens out, you don't lose town shots that were locked up in the plan. You still have enforcers for the mafia (who will inevitably not want to shoot themselves)
Modification 2:
We go one at a time, from the bottom of the list (or the top, if we're going top down). Anyone who doesn't follow the plan when it's their turn gets shot.
This way, you can enforce the plan, rather than just lock up all shots, kill some town, and let mafia weasel out of it.

If anyone weasels out they are scum and that’s +EV for town because in worst case scenario we have 5 town dead and if they stop this, it goes to, at worst, 4 town dead and 1 scum dead
