i'd like to suggest you immediately sign and promote all white males, as they are completely underprivileged and don't hold any majority of positions of power. they get no love and support. they run everything because no one else can, but they aren't responsible for anything because they have no power and are discriminated against. unreasonably! unfairly! it's racism.
