As long as @KrazyKat is allowed to play the game it's going to be the dregs of mafia gameplay. Dude is Day1 Policy Lynch tier.
On the other hand, if the night kill target was lynched on a non-immediately previous day, the night kill is skipped instead.
"Non-immediately"
There are 5 NKs -- You skip one. 7 - 2 + 1 = 3 -- There are 2 mafia and 3 town.
