You should write the documentation as part of delivering the project
My reasons for some of these players is as simple as ‘Their tone and what they write gives me a town vibe’ and vice versa for non-town reads, hence why it is subject to change on a whim, but my reads list being posted shares information to the game and creates a point of discussion. That’s the goal, it’s not some execution list I expect everyone to jump on board.
Don’t point at something and say ‘explain everything about this’, if you need more information on something, be specific about it or I’m not even going to engage with your lazy approach.
Part of being on a team/company is working with other people and having effective communication skills
Do you really believe that because you’ve learned something yourself everybody else at the company should also learn themselves and not come to you for it? You realize that’s a massive waste of time and part of your role as “the guy that learned it” is to make the path easier for the next guy who comes alon

The issue I have with this is that a process that was learned on your own time should be rewarded, not punished with more work. Now you handle the training + the maintanence of a process in addition to your current role.
Yea, it might set you up for a promotion to some managerial or leadership role, but if your entire goal to learn something or build a tool was to improve a process at your current job and make your own work easier, you had no obligation to share it with others.
Only from other people seeing it and wanting to use your process or tool and sharing it do they then turn around and demand more work out of you. Maybe I don’t want to be someone that writes documentation? Maybe I never wanted to train people? Maybe I just like to write code to build graphs and models like I was hired on to do?
Because Day 1 is hard and I apparently don't trust my ability to play this game, I will disregard my scum reads and instead lynch someone I don't have a read yet on less than halfway through the phase.

You can literally take screenshots of the terminal + verbatim commands that need to be typed into the CLI to run scripts or apps, and people will still hit you up and ask for a 1 on 1 meeting because they ‘dont think the doc is clear’ only because they’re too fucking scared to run this shit on their own in production and want to cover their asses incase they fuck shit up and blame you so you have to sit there and baby sit idiots to make sure they can literally follow shit line by line, and even then some retards will still mistype commands and do a full wipe on the wrong directory.
