rn 5s that win your safelane really easily are quite popular, ench/bane are the best IMO
but yeah like kyle said all the summon heroes are busted, and any hero that doesnt naturally have summons and waveclear/farming just builds necrobook
necrobook is such an odd item to balance imo.
its too strong at farming with but it also isnt built that often so idk
just cut the duration from 60 to 40 or something
60 seconds seems unreasonably long
lvl 1 is probably too strong. ppl just clear out jungle with lvl 1. not even heroes do it as fast

kill gold runes, especially the lvl 1 shit. its literally only there to promote fighting before lanning and gives free global gold for no reason...
replace the 5 min runes with minor regen runes. giving literal global gold is a joke.
get rid of neutrals. get rid of split shot fortification and probably this new fortification shit in general. such forced game snow balling and delaying mechanics.
pretty sure XP is busted. prolly why jungling is so busted too.
delete outposts.
yeah the bounties+outposts killed a lot of nuances in dota about when and where to fight
its not so bad though since i dont really care about the game now but it definitely made it much more defined and obvious which objectives you have to fight for and when
