I suggest looking into algo. The creator has won Nobel prizes for contributions in cryptography. Ethereums zk-rollups are adapted from this technology

First dex launched on algo a few months ago. It was subsequently exploited but algo went from like 41 in tvl to 20 in a few months or something like that
if anything that gives it less value (from an investor standpoint) because both the performance and the unique advantages it has like zk rollups can be replaced and existing markets cannot
