The best strategy during winter is a strangle because the volatility is so high you can make like 8x on each leg which pays for the loss on the other side. I'll prepare for next year. We still got 2 more trading days left on Monday and Tuesday. Big heatwave predicted so it's gonna hit the price but the question is if that's going to be enough given the run up.
At 4.20 the chance of it hitting 3.15 in 5 days is pretty ridiculous but I think it can be done. My options are worthless at this point. I can't sell them even if I wanted to but it wouldn't be the first time a totally worthless option I owned transformed into a money printer so I view this as terrible odds to win but still better than buying lotto tickets, and arguably better than winning a 6 leg parlay.
