I spent the last 4 months meticulously placing bets on bovada to build up my $20 into over $140 but then I started impulsively playing slots and blackjack, I went in a hot streak and made over $200 but then I hit some bad luck. My martingale betting system backfired when I couldn't cover a 8th loss in a row.

Now I'm sitting on my last $10. I placed a $5 on KC winning the superbowl. I'm going to make it all back. We're gonna make it boys.

Anyone else wanna share tips on improving luck to get better outcomes for gambling? Maybe recommend a favorite brand of lucky rabbit feet you've tried in 2025?

Play in private games with shitty people and cheat. All other gambling is burning money. I can give cheating advice.

Bring your friends. Get a suite at the casino hotel. Gamble while on shrooms. Watch some funny videos.

Wake up the following day and gamble the last $30 you have left or whatever

I miss degenerate gambling sprees in Vegas but I am also trying to quit drinking so those times are behind me. Life doesn't feel like it's worth living being sober all the time tbh even with weed.

I still drink small amounts of beer but no binging like before also no more cocaine. I miss cocaine even tho it doesn't even effect me anymore, I just miss how it smelled and tasted :joy:

Martingale works if

  1. You can bet a very small amount like $1 or less
  2. The casino doesn't have a really low max bet such that you cannot cover long series of losses in a row (like min bet 1 max bet 100 wouldn't work but min 1 and max 1000 would be good)
  3. You have the bankroll to support it

I bought 15 options for BABA last week @ 100 strike expiring on Feb 28 hoping it will go up to 115 in the next week. I am up 3k after losing 12k atm for the week.

I told my friends I want to scrap my idea of making a game and instead make a trade bot that will basically algo rhythmically analyze the history of the market all the way back to the dark ages and then hear your idea for a trade and let you know whether it thinks your trade idea is bunk or fire.

My confidant has told me he thinks this is a bad idea which won't net good results but I told him he's probably right so there's a good chance I won't do it.
