No. China will ally and reneg trade negotiations with countries and with their increasingly educated population they will produce more value
Russia will continue to sit in the corner. Nobody will up their trade with russia.

I think the theory that he's easing sanctions on Russia to pull them away from China is nonsense. I think he's getting bribed indirectly, I don't think he gives a shit about Russia and China being close friends just like he doesn't care about blowing up the economy lol. Why is he suddenly a master geopolitical kissenger strategist when doesn't even know what a bitcoin is but is promoting a reserve for it? Lol.
