there’s closed waits(?) which have terminal tiles. 1 - 9; there’s only one combination of wait for these 1 - 2 - 3, 7 - 8 - 9.
then there’s side waits(?) which can be from 2 - 8. the combinations for these are 2 - * - 4 for example, but they’re better because say you pull a 5 tile, your wait changes from a wait on a 3 to a wait on 6 or a 3 because you’re open on both sides, and you can discard the two.
just do shit like that and you’ll end up winning.

I’ve contemplated getting a switch for smash. Really enjoyed playing ssbm when I was younger, though I’m not too interested in any other nintendo game.
i bought a switch but i fucked up cuz i bought one with a patched exploit and i cant hack it for free games. so im currently waiting on a new exploit to drop
splitscreen multiplayer mario kart on the switch is garbage theres a bug that makes people and it hasnt been patched (i think) even tho the game dropped like 1,5 years ago
I’ve never encountered this bug in like 50 hours of splitscreen play. What’s the bug?
one controller is always turning to the left to some degree when i do splitscreen with my gf. it’s really infuriating if you’re doing any right hand turns and makes it pretty easy to drive off. i did a little research and found a lot of people had this issue, i first experienced it on a different switch (with entirely different controllers, # of players) during the holidays last year as well
