i think its pretty unlikely he drugged anyone. i think its also pretty unlikely he did nothing that made her feel violated in a real way (beyond grabbing her wrist)
i don't think its a situation of 'no way he drugged her therefore he did nothing'
For me it was when a seagull shit all over me when I was just trying to eat a corndog. I should have just thrown away that shirt and bought a new one instead of going back to my hotel like an hour away and doing laundry the rest of that evening.

I don't think I ever took sides, but found her story somewhat compelling given her obvious shame and reluctance to share it.
As far as "insane accusations" go I wouldn't describe it that way as she points out she doesn't remember everything that happened and placed a strong emphasis on not declaring Grant an outright rapist because of that.
Nyte's story gives a much better picture of how things progressed and to an extent dispels this image that's being painted of DotA frat boy Grant funneling shots into some poor girls mouth in predatory fashion.

i think some girls get freaked out and think they were drugged the first time when it happens
but i dont get the angle of grants shitty attitude and personality somehow making him less guilty just because its being used against him, like who a person is and acts like is a pretty good way to judge them.
and grant is weird enough without 15 shots in him, i wouldnt wanna be around him if he was that drunk and i was a girl
i think him taking advantage of her is wuite plausible. date rape drug? highly doubt it. but we have just established like 5 ways she could have really thought this, it doesnt mean the rest is lies.
i guess i think its pretty clear that if ur fuckign someone whos blacked out its not alright. I dont view this as a gray area really.

I was at a bar once where a friend of a friend got slipped something in her drink. She went downhill fast. There's now way she could've been drugged at 6 pm and stayed awake and alert until last call.
It was a blackout drunk. No one drugged her.

but i think you're right that sometimes its unclear. i guess how i feel is if its unclear probably don't do it. if the other person is down you'll probably have another chance with them anywas.

Do you realize grant was probably also black out drunk? This is what I’m talking about. I’m not excusing it from being bad or even shitty on his part. But I think he understood her behavior as being interested or consenting. Doesn’t mean he was right.

i think i agree with what you're saying. that he did soemthing shitty and he fucked up but he wasn't as hard stop evil as the reddit people say he was and its understandable how he did it.
i think after going to USC ive just heard the 'i was drunk too' excuse in pretty blatant cases of rape a bit too often so i have a predisposition to immediately fight against it.

This is a super common situation. This one just has some other questionable behaviour surrounding it that's making it easier for people to get extremely riled up.

I can’t speak to the private interactions stuff. I want that to be clear but that shit was sexual publicly and she laughed about it.
It's weird how some people completely lose their ability to self regulate while intoxicated, and yet others can still compose themselves enough to where they're able to make a judgement call to not have sex with someone (even if they're violently demanding you fuck them lol) because they understand it's the alcohol talking.
