this literally happened to me in college
a friend said they 'rescued a puppy who was caught in a fence' and we eventually found out it was just like chilling by a fence and they just took it and didn't ask any questions.
That doesn't even make sens if it was stuck
Dogs make it like 2 days without people
it was pretty dumb. they also obvisouly couldn't care for the dog so they dumped it on someone else
