ill host a game of any size just need beings to play
making it happen requires player pull and pulling players can be like pulling teeth and leave a bad impression sometimes so i try to avoid it
i think the easiest solution is honestly some sort of visible calendar or something that would allow people to set up a time to close signup instead of a will start soon(TM) signup. you could just use the calendar functionality to set a date i guess and set a close time on the thread (youll be able to post it in anyways as a tl4)
Then just tell people to sign the thread and worry about it later and hope they forget
