I am federally owed enough money to buy my buildings/apt.

with that money i give back to the estate, I can live even paying rent to the property manager and still have plenty.
My case will heavily question the legality of hiring a superintendent, to take care of commercial properties as well as residentals, and question whether a super who doesnt charge for over time is legally the landlord. Nobody understands the cataclysm i am about to release but myself...
