@REFPSI in an old condo where individual units are not metered how easy is it to get away with abusing the electricity if it's bundled into the maintenance for crypto mining.
Some old buildings in my area you can get huge places for a lot cheaper then the new ones. Like 1200sq ft. Issue is maintenance is $1000 easily a month
