Beef is still good, and seasoned properly is just a little salt and a little pepper. Grill until just barely purple in the center. Ez
Nearly no food is good without seasoning at all. Beef is good because it fits well into dishes, the texture is really nice and it tastes good on it’s own given you season/prepare it correctly.
The best standalone meat is by far fish. A pan-fried mackerel or something beats out a plain steak any day of the week.
