I’m still completely dumbfounded you even did this with him in the first place. Not that you could predict that he was going to go off his rocker insane but the guy wasn’t exactly the most stable person I’ve ever met. Just a weird situation altogether compounded by the fact he’s a weird guy who lives a strange lifestyle.

Now that hes free and back you can see his mental state has improved greatly and thus he will continue to develop and get better.
Just relax for now, if you dont think you owe him an apology, you shouldnt feel like you owe him a punishment either. Banning was a punishment that you felt he deserved, he felt he deserved an apology, you got your way, he will never get his, the least we can do is free him, which we did.
