Weapons spending - they make up a number and 90% actually goes to a piggybank that any company can bill against. So much of the Ukraine spending actually is going to help offset/cover US bank and broker investment losses if they had Russian or Ukranian investments.

Anyways, Israel basically is a rogue state with very close access to US Intelligence. And their startups and businesses are based on what they see a need for in US intelligence. Israeli actors claim to be doing business fairly but most of them get caught in the US or elsewhere and flee to Israel. It's not too hard of a pattern to pick out that Israeli business uses State Department and "humanitarian" and donor funding to essentially just enrich a very select few Ashkenazi families and the rest of the country is extremely poor, given welfare in the form of houses in settlements and weapons so they can kill anyone they see fit.
