The vaccine makes your body make antibodies for the spike protein. That is one protein.
There are 29 different proteins in the virus.
Getting the virus makes your body create antibodies for all 29 proteins.
The vaccine only makes your body create one antibody.
So yes, getting it makes you more immune than the vaccine does.
But if you die from the virus because you didn't get vaccinated, you are still dead.

I got the virus in October last year, and the vaccine in March.
