i think youtube tried to incentivize making videos in the 10-30m range for content creators for awhile
i remember like 5 years ago or so all the creators started trying to hit the 10m mark for some ad threshold
and then im not sure about now but judging by how a bunch big youtubers with daily uploads like hikaru and gothamchess keep making videos in the 15-35m range it seems like thats some sort of sweet spot
