i literally couldnt handle mornings when I have to get up at 6:30 and go work 8 hours without coffee I dont think
and something about the warmth of it makes it seemingly work way better than energy drinks

I prefer the white cans, but yeah I like energy drinks too, they just dont work as well as coffee does in the mornings for me

clenching during the day isn't as big of a concern as the fact that it'll stimulate my jaw as well and the dirty bean water will find some way to irritate where it lies. supplements only fix the latter problem.
I have a pretty advanced case of TMJ tho, partially because I was once literally tongue tied and I never got the therapy I needed when I fixed it. prolly not a concern for most and I do miss having a morning cup
