The ones by me now are all soft bun trucks. The one I loved the most in college did like kbbq meats on buns with kimchi coleslaw and curry fries

We have a food truck park or something in Atlanta but it’s kinda dumpy and in an area where people get mugged or shoot at night. Weekly basis you’ll hear a news story about something get shot.
Food must not be very good then…
It’s not a chain so it’s decent
There’s certainly banh mi at many of these trucks (they do like asian fusion stuff everywhere - there’s one literally called Bon Me and it’s run by koreans making whatever the fuck they want - thai, korean rice bowls, ramen, and the sandwiches)
However the vietnamese in question (Momogoose) makes curry, usually different curry every day. Thai curry, vietnamese curry, etc

Sounds dope. Despite having a huge Vietnamese population and a pho place in every shopping center, I’ve yet to find good, real bahn mi around me. A place in college did it and it was my favorite

Looks way less appetizing in the picture but its bomb as hell
The beef one was good, but the spicy pork sandwich was a game changer
