delve helmets are broken so all unique helmets except devotos are shit
Devotos isn’t even good
Devotos is good for the movement speed an the movement speed is good on only bow builds
its 9% for the -#% resist btw
people use devotos on every bow build and bow builds are popular so yes
bows use devotos, poors use starkonjas, rich people use delve helms
