you get her insurance. you file a claim with your insurance and you say its her fault. they follow up with her insurance company and her company verifies with her that it was her fault. it shouldn’t go up if it wasn’t your fault but sometimes shitty insurance companies will raise their rates anyways or do a bad job of making sure you get taken care of. once you have made a claim about the accident you can follow up with your insurance company about next steps on fixing your car and you can ask the rep questions
