You don't even have to interact with real humans right now. You can get a remote job, do 15 minutes of work a day, and get paid

the stuff I can reasonably work on require on-premise work.

These types of interactions are what fuels Jones to never change for the better. He gets to talk about himself in a self deprecating manner, and you give him attention for it. It's a feedback loop of narcissism.
