Because if you count every protest in every small city across the US you end up with 7750 individual protests with 93% being peaceful. My point was, as I said before that every MAJOR city in the US dealt with rioting looting and property damage. Flint MI is not a major city and it being peaceful does not surprise me, just like the protests in the 100k population in my moms city in Wisconsin being peaceful didn’t surprise me either
