More costly, yes, there was a larger scale of property damage across almost every city in the US, the police did do a good job of containing and stopping the riots, at least in LA after the 2nd day.
They then let people March peacefully as long as there was no property damage occurring
this is what happens when you come up with a theory or narrative then find stats to back you up
