Kyle Rittenhouse NOT GUILTY of all charges

I don't know why I buy some of these popular books they always suck

The only good book I've ever heard shilled in a podcast was David goggins'

And probably deep work

Did you know that while liberals want reduced barrier for entry for immigrants that highly democratic areas are the hardest places for immigrants to enter

Iaafr read chapter 5. Take it up with the data not me

why is this stuff in a book about dopamine

Because the author extrapolates rat studies way too far

also i mean i believe it

liberal areas are generally all the gentrified bougie places occupied by upper middle class ppl right

so ya harder for immigrants with no money to live in

Basically democrats show higher levels of narcissism due to higher levels of dopamine over serotonin. These increased levels of dopamine allow for increased ability for planning over republican conservatives. She argues that lower dopamine levels are why conservatives want to maintain the status quo rather than change it

She also argues that being a conservative politican is actually not possible because conservatives are conservative due to low dopamine levels and therefore could not possibly go through all the planning stages of an election. Therefore we should refer to conservative politicians as simply just politicians

Yes

idk if its planning so much as a drive towards the novel + novel ideas of improvement

i think the "planning" part is the weakest and most questionable part of the argument

She may not use the word planning

I don't remember

Conservatives are also much happier

(Serotonin over dopamine)

more dopaminergic ppl just like new things and novel discoveries and testing out ideas that sound cool

less dopaminergic people are boring satisfied ppl who do the same thing forever and are satisfied with the simplicity + dont wanna reinvent wheels

or something

That movie is very bad don't watch it

She sort of finishes this argument by saying that although highly dopaminergic people are generally the ones that produce novelty, they also never reap the reward for it. Instead moving onto the next task or idea
