yeah but the threat of bodily harm is, we can envision a hypothetical where someone who at first begins by making strong sexual advances becomes frustrated by their failures and escalates to rape. If said rape occurs and an STD such as HIV is transferred in the process, that can have life threatening consequences, especially if the victim ends up feeling too ashamed to go to the police or a hospital afterwards, where their std would most likely go untreated if they kept their rape secret. If someone is making aggressive unwanted sexual advances towards you in your own home I believe you could defend yourself in court as having your life threatened and thus be justified in defending yourself by killing them.
